• Orders need to be placed by 4pm (GMT) to be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.
• We dispatch orders Mon - Fri (excluding Holidays).
• If you order before 4pm on Friday you should expect delivery on Monday.
• Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery the next working day.
• Next Working Day Delivery & Saturday Delivery is not guaranteed.
• Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over Holidays (Semana Santa, Navidades…).

Next Working Day - Envialia

• Envialia 24h you will be sent an email and/or text on the morning of your delivery with a one hour delivery slot.
• If you are not going to be in you can arrange for your order to be delivered to a safe place, left with a neighbour or you can arrange delivery to a local pick-up shop. 

IN STORE PICK UP

• We will sent you an email once your order is prepared.
• Allow 2h since completing the order, for preparation and confirmation
• You can pick your order in our shop Monday to Saturday anytime during business hours.

Possible Dispatch Delays

• If your order is out of stock we will contact you by email to notify you.
• If there are some things that we need to verify on your payment details, we will contact you by phone or email to verify.
• Please note we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. We will contact you for an alternative address.
• We can not be held liable for parcels that are delayed or go missing when the delivery address has been inputted incorrectly or incomplete.

How Will My Goods Be Packaged?

We double box all shoes and clothing to ensure we have done our best that your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please feedback to us immediately if you are unhappy with the condition of your goods upon delivery.

Cancellation Fees

Once an order has been dispatched it is not always possible to cancel an order due to the quick delivery times. You may need to wait for your parcel to be delivered and then return the order as outlined on our
